Sometimes it's fun to stop and do something that reminds you of your childhood days. That's exactly what this quick and easy project will do!
Rummage through your craft drawer and find the following supplies: paper, scissors, glue and wire. That's all it takes!
The wire and tiny cuts give great movement to your feathers.
