I was really surprised when I ran across the floral print chair from Target. You may remember that exact same fabric was on my Christmas list! I was planning on using it to make drapes for our breakfast room. Never quite got around to that project. Maybe that's because Santa didn't deliver!
Can we talk about the abstract painting for a minute? I love it. I might just have to give it a try thanks to my new found love of painting. What do you think? Could I pull it off considering it'd only be my 2nd piece? ha!
These pictures were also on my accessories board. The simplicity is so inviting.
Wouldn't this be a great DIY project...painting the top part of your stools?!
I have one project left and the woodland room will be complete. Check back Friday for the big reveal!

The pinterest board is such a great mix of styles, patterns and colors. I love the artwork and on first sight was wondering if I could replicate that, too!
ReplyDeleteLOVE every single element! And, that art, may I commission you? I need to go check out your accessories board, just my style!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great way to accidentally design a room! Love Pinterest.

Hi Dana, wow, what a great blog. I am your newest follower. I just pinned that dog image (only a pointer, for me) it is a fantastic reference site.I also clicked over to look at that painting "to die for". I have a gallery wall on my list....hmmm
ReplyDeleteEEK, I love that board! Isn't it funny how some things just sort of find their way together and then you realize and it and it's like that A-HA moment. I don't think I've seen that chair in that fabric but it's really pretty. And I think I have that Etsy seller in my favorites too because I love that painting. And big cheers for the NYPL gallery - thanks Pam!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great mix of patterns and colors on your mood board, this would make a fabulous room for sure!
