Transparent Tuesday

Have you ever stopped to think about the gift of hope? I love this time of year because it feels like hope is around every corner. Take a minute to look at the trees this spring and see their baby leaves...

Baby leaves means dull and dreary is about to disappear and green and lush is just around the corner...there's hope!

I feel like hope is essential to our existence. It's when hope is ripped from us that life becomes hard and most difficult. I watched my father recover from a brain injury on hope and hope alone. I shared his story here, in case you missed it.

Knowing how important hope is, keeps me looking for it in all situations. I guess that makes me a 'glass half full' type person. Know what else?...I feel like the words hope and Jesus are synonymous. If I place my hope in Jesus, then there's my reason for life and life ever-lasting!

You see...with hope, things begin to seem possible and with God, all things are possible!

So, friends, are you in need of hope these days? If life has handed you lemons recently, I'd love to pray a little hope into your life today. Leave me a comment or send me an email (dfrieling1@gmail.com) and let me know what's going on in your heart.
